Eventually, Jane gives in and allows them to stay, but she is still determined to make the night special for her and Dave. Despite the unexpected guests, Jane manages to make the night a success and the group enjoys a romantic dinner together. Eliza Coupes performance in this episode is a great example of her comedic timing and her ability to portray a strong female character.
